MICRO-SCLEROTHERAPY
What is Micro-sclerotherapy?
Micro-sclerotherapy is a minimally invasive medical procedure used to treat spider veins. During the procedure, a special solution (sclerosant is injected directly into the affected veins using a very fine needle.
This solution irritates the vein lining, causing it to collapse and eventually be reabsorbed by the body.
Micro-sclerotherapy is commonly used for cosmetic reasons to improve the appearance of veins in the legs.
